The numbers we achieved for the first half of the business year 2007/08 were exceptional .Our growth rate are three times as fast as the market and twice fast as the next best competitor. We have exciting new product, our product portfolio and customer mix is well balanced. Our hard work is really paying off! We are under way to reach our next goal, 2 billions CHF in sales in 2010.

This might sound like we are on the right track and nothing bad can happen. Obviously this is not quite true: We generate about 2/3 of our sales from products that are less than two years old. This means that innovation is the most important driver for sales. The next business years. Therefore it is crucial that we get off to a good start and make an outstanding launch of these products.

New products alone will not be sufficient fo fulfill our targets(especially for the rest of this business year) –we have to keep the momentum on the existing product portfolio.Our competitors are developing more aggressive sales activities and we have to exploit the full potential of our very comprehensive product portfolio,including ITEs!
仅仅靠新产品并不足以完成我们的目标（尤其对今年下半财年而言）。我们还须保持既有产品的迅猛销售势头。我们的竞争对手也在开展更加积极的销售活动，我们必须最大限度地挖掘包括耳内式助听器在内的全线产品之巨大潜能。

This is a proverb that even the best thing can be improved:“Le mieux est l’ennemi du bien.”in French and “Ds nessere ost der Feind des Guten” in German. For us this means that we need to be our fiercest competitor, we have to push ourselves to exceed the benchmark we have been doing now for many years and this is what we will keep doing for many years to come!
