Position: ITE Supervisor
Dept: Phonak Sales
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Operation Manager

Requirements:

1.高中以上学历,工程专业或相关专业背景,电子学尤佳
2.五年以上助听器行业生产管理工作经验
3.具强的分析判断能力和决策能力
4.具强的责任心和领导能力,督导部门员工顺利开展工作
5.熟悉使用计算机,熟悉OA软件等。

1.Ensure the smooth running for ITE new/remake assembly with ITE, BTE repair.
2.Organize and facilitate the training for new ITE technicians to ensure the right skills equipped.
3.Solve technical problems regarding the ITE/BTE when the first line encounters the difficulty.
4.Help follow up all ITE new orders and repairs progress of work.
5.Manage the ITE lab team by offering coaching, training.
6.Manage the whole team by continuous improvement regarding efficiency improvement, resource allocation, and collaboration between different teams.


Job Responsibilities

1.监督和管理各项生产活动,在生产工艺,质量控制和生产效率等环节进行控制。

Position: Wireless System Sales Representative
Dept: Sales

Report to: Wireless System business manager

Requirements:

1.大专以上学历,3年以上销售工作经验;

Job Responsibilities

1.贯彻执行公司的销售策略,完成所负责区域的销售指标;
2.开发潜在客户,维护品牌形象;
3.定期拜访客户并做好信息的及时传递;
4.协助所负责区域的销售预测和市场分析并提供建议方案,促进团队实现销售目标;
5.对竞争品牌进行市场战略分析;

1.According to the plan/strategy derived from the sales department, be responsible for the sales job (FM) in the area (boom the sales volume and optimize the average GM) and control the credit
2.Open up the market; maintain and develop our customers and the reputation of Phonak
3.Contact/visit the customers frequently and obtain the business information in time
4.Work out the visit reports after the business trip
5.Make sales plan in the defined regions for sales forecasting, marketing analysis and actions taken etc. and implement it accordingly
6.Send the feedback of the marketing information, price/activities of the competitors etc. to the sales team leader
7.Be the bridge if some customer complaining cases happen
8.support our dealers to expand our sales channels in terms of joint sales calls, technical training, knowledge sharing etc.

Requirements:

5 Position: Senior Audiology Training Manager
Dept.: Marketing & Training
Report to: Head of Marketing & Training Department
Requirements:

1. Master's degree in audiology in a university program recognized by the authorities. Preferable to receive a certification in practice of audiology, if possible, such as CCC-A, or Aud (C), or an equivalent level.
2. A minimum 5 years of working experience and minimum 2 years of management experience in audiology , familiar with all aspects of audiology, such as amplification, clinical testing, equipment, aural rehabilitation, client management, etc.
3. Familiar with computer skills.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese for all levels of communication.
5. Preferable to have training experience and sales experience.


Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for and coordinate professional training for clients and our sales team. Responsible for the management of training members.
2. Act as interface with the Headquarters to ensure technical data transfer and as well as latest technology know-how conveyance to the local organization.
3. Playing a leading role in organizing otology and audiology conferences. Demonstrate expertise and professionalism in the field.
4. Able to provide tailor-made (hands-on) trainings to meet the specific needs of the local market.
