Position: Senior Audiology Training Manager
Dept.: Marketing & Training
Report to: Head of Marketing & Training Department |
| Requirements: |
1. Master's degree in audiology in
a university program recognized by the authorities. Preferable to
receive a certification in practice of audiology, if possible, such
as CCC-A, or Aud (C), or an equivalent level.
2. A minimum 5 years of working experience and minimum 2 years of
management experience in audiology , familiar with all aspects of
audiology, such as amplification, clinical testing, equipment, aural
rehabilitation, client management, etc.
3. Familiar with computer skills.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese for all levels of communication.
5. Preferable to have training experience and sales experience.

| Job Responsibilities |
1. Responsible for and coordinate professional training
for clients and our sales team. Responsible for the management of
training members.
2. Act as interface with the Headquarters to ensure technical data
transfer and as well as latest technology know-how conveyance to
the local organization.
3. Playing a leading role in organizing otology and audiology conferences.
Demonstrate expertise and professionalism in the field.
4. Able to provide tailor-made (hands-on) trainings to meet the
specific needs of the local market.
