Position: Wireless System Sales Representative
Dept: Wireless System Sales
Location: Beijing
Report to: Wireless System business manager

Requirements:

1.大专以上学历,3年以上销售工作经验;
2.具有电子、计算机、通讯领域专业知识;
3.诚实守信,具有团队意识,有良好的沟通技巧;
4.以客户为导向,具有敏锐的市场分析和应变能力;
5.良好的英语读写能力;
6.熟练使用计算机。

Job Responsibilities

2 Position: Project Sales Manager
Dept: Wireless System Sales
Location: Beijing / Shanghai
Report to: Wireless System business manager
Requirements:

1. College Degree or above;
2. 5 years sales experience, with the basic knowledge of Electronic or computer hardware or communication
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Willingness to perform and result orientation
5. Customer oriented
6. Credibility
7. Integration and contribution in team
8. Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself


Job Responsibilities

1. According to the plan/strategy derived from the FM sales department, be responsible for the project sales job (FM) in the area (boom the sales revenue and optimize the gross margin) and control the OPEX;
2. Maintain and develop the relationships with the government departments concerned. Get involved in the pre-bidding process in order to win the government purchasing in the bidding period.
3. Contact/visit the government departments frequently and obtain the business information in time;
4. Form the approaching strategy and take tactics to be involved in the pre-bidding phase. Work out the visit reports after the business trip to track the milestones.
5. Make sales plan in the defined regions for sales forecasting, marketing analysis and actions taken etc. and implement it accordingly.
6. Send the feedback of the marketing information, price/activities of the competitors etc. to the FM sales team leader.
7. Act as the overall project execution manager for the whole execution process and after-sales technical service coordination.
8. Other assignments by the superior.



3 Position: Fitter验配员

Requirements:

Technical school or above, medical or electricity major background
中专或以上学历,电子工程或医学专业背景
2. 1-2 years working experiences in HA industry
1~2年助听器行业工作经验
3. be preferred to have sales and customer service experience
具有销售和客户服务经验的优先
4. has good communication skill and strong responsibility

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for FM product after service.
负责无线调频产品的售后服务。
2. Be familiar with all kinds of brands hearing aid, good communication skill

Requirements:

1. College degree or above大专以上学历;
2. Have at least 3 years sales experience in HA industry preferred;三年以上助听器行业销售经验优先;
3. Customer oriented, good analytical thinking and flexibility.良好的客户服务意识及分析和思维能力,较强的适应能力;
4. Team work and good communication skill.具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力;
5. Be command of basic English.英语良好。

Requirements:

1.Above college degree, major in business and trade, financial or English大专以上学历,主修商业贸易、财务或英语。
2.Have 2-3 year related experience of customer complain or sales assistant. 两至三年相关工作经验客户投诉或销售助理经验。
3.Creative and team-spirited is a must.有创造性及团队合作精神。
4.good computer skill.计算机操作熟练。


Job Responsibilities

1. Assist to provide information of products and service to customers. Handle customer’s requests and complains.
协助向客户提供产品及服务信息,处理客户投诉;
2. Manage office daily administrative working, e.g. purchasing and manage stationary and receive all visitors as a reception.
处理办公室日常行政工作,如办公用品的采购和管理及来访人员的接待工作;
3. Assist to make the shipment schedule and track the status of orders, deliveries.
协助做好发货计划并跟踪货物的生产及交付情况;
4. Communicate with other staffs from other departments and in own department. Provide timely and effective information to sales representatives about organization’s updated policies and related notices.

Position: Key Account Manager (hospital channel)
Dept: GMO
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Managing Director

Requirements:

1. University degree above.
大学本科以上学历。
2.More than 3 years sales experience, sales experience in medical device industry with hospital ENT department will be preferred.
三年以上销售工作经验,有医疗器械行业经验与五官科医院合作的经验优先。
3.Ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform and result orientation.
能承受工作压力,以结果为导向。
4.Customer oriented, credibility, communication abilities and ability to assert oneself
有良好的客户服务意识,诚实守信,良好的沟通能力。


Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with hospital ENT departments to facilitate communication and help advance the organization’s business interests in the hospital business.
与医院耳,鼻,喉科建立和维护有效的和积极的关系,以建立相关的沟通,提高公司的商务利益。
2.According to the plan/strategy derived from sales, be responsible for the business development job in the hospital channel (boom the sales volume and optimize the average GM) and control the credit.
